Tyre Necklace

Named after one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world, this striking design is inspired by the extraordinarily rare and expensive purple dye fabled to have been discovered at Tyre where the god Melqart was courting the nymph Tyro and his dog bit a sea snail which stained the dog's mouth purple.
