We offer free delivery to UK postal addresses.
Orders valued up to £100 are sent to UK postal addresses via Royal Mail First Class post. Orders valued above £100 are sent to UK postal addresses via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We currently accept orders from the following European countries for which we charge £7.95 for delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
We also accept orders from Canada and the United States of America, for which we charge £9.95 for delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. Please contact us if you wish to have items delivered to other countries.
Note that some countries may impose additional customs and processing charges for which you will be liable.
The time between receiving and dispatching an order varies depending on stock availability, but is usually 7 days or less. We will let you know if delivery may be delayed, for example if newly made items need to be sent for hallmarking prior to dispatch.
Bespoke items (i.e. made to special order) may take 4 to 6 weeks to create and deliver. You are welcome to contact us to clarify when your items are likely to arrive, especially during holiday periods.
Goods can be returned for a full refund (excluding the delivery costs you incur when returning the item) within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and returned in the original packaging together with a relevant receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective goods will be replaced free of charge.
Please contact us for instructions on returning any item(s).
Receipt of payment is required before goods will be shipped. Ownership of the goods does not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received. All prices are in UK pounds (£).
Our online store
The ROUAIDA.COM online store is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Your personal data is securely stored on Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify temporarily stores your credit card data and ensures that it is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our newsletter is managed using the Mailmunch marketing automation platform, which stores your email address. We have access to this information and use it exclusively to send you our newsletter. We will not share this information with anyone else and you can unsubscribe at any time. Mailmunch's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) page gives further details.
When you browse our web site we use information provided by your computer to help us improve our services. Most web sites do this.
