All our jewellery is hand-made, so we are often able to accommodate individual requests - at additional cost for any time and materials - such as a longer or heavier necklace chain or the inclusion of specific birth stones.
We work almost exclusively in sterling silver, 18ct gold and semi-precious stones and continually update our web site with new and updated designs.
Please contact us to discuss your personal or trade requirements.
All our jewellery comes lovingly wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and carefully packaged in a gift box secured with a ribbon. A polishing cloth is also included free of charge, along with an anti-tarnish strip to limit tarnishing during shipment and storage.
For that extra special gift, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how we might further personalise your order.
Pricing reflects the cost of materials and time required to make each unique piece by hand. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Our jewellery has been displayed in museums including the British Museum in London, which commissioned new designs to accompany a series of major exhibitions. A variety of pieces are available for purchase in selected galleries nationwide.
We will do our best to repair your Rouaida jewellery if you damage it, charging only for our time and return postage. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
All our jewellery is hallmarked where appropriate. We only use sterling silver with a millesimal fineness of 925 or above and 18ct gold (white, yellow and pink) in our jewellery. To assure you of the quality of our jewellery, hallmarking is independently performed by the Sheffield Assay Office, so made-to-order items may take a little longer to dispatch.
Sorry, but we don't accept in-person collections from our studio as we are unable to guarantee our availability. Contact us for the location of your nearest supplier.
