Frequently Asked Questions
How are individual items priced?
Individual pricing reflects the underlying cost of materials and time required to create each unique piece. Prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Where can we see Rouaida jewellery items on display?
We launched our online store in January 2018 and have enjoyed growing sales ever since. Success at the British Craft Trade Fair led to orders from galleries and exhibitions such as the Pyramid Gallery in York and the British Museum in London. We aim to display more jewellery at selected galleries in the future.
Can you make jewellery to order?
Yes, we can – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you repair damaged jewellery?
Yes, we will do our best to repair your Rouaida jewellery if you damage it, charging only for our time and return postage – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Are items hallmarked?
Yes - where appropriate, all our jewellery is hallmarked. We only use sterling silver with a millesimal fineness of 925 or above and 18ct gold (white, yellow and pink) in our jewellery. Hallmarking is independently performed by the Assay Office so made-to-order items may take a little longer to dispatch.
Is the supplied anti-tarnish strip hazardous?
We only use branded anti-tarnish strips which are non-toxic and leave no residue.
Do you accept large orders?
Yes, we do – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can we collect our order in person?
Sorry, no – we are unable to guarantee our availability.
