We offer free shipping to UK addresses using the Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class service. A signature will be required on delivery.

We also offer free shipping using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service to these countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Canada and USA. A signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that sale items normally incur a shipping charge. Total charges are confirmed when checking out.

Note that some countries impose additional taxes and processing charges for which the customer is liable.

The time between receiving and dispatching an order varies depending on stock availability, but is usually 3 days or less. We will let you know if delivery may be delayed, for example if newly made items need to be sent for hallmarking prior to dispatch. 

You are welcome to contact us to clarify when your items are likely to arrive, especially during holiday periods.

Bespoke items made to special order may take weeks to create and deliver, depending on individual requirements.
